Olive is a beautiful 3 year old Pit Bull mix. She loves to meet new people and is always super excited to make new human friends. But she calms down quickly and is happy to fall asleep in a warm sunny spot, or on a doggy bed wherever you are. Sometimes she’s an attention hog, and will do anything to get you to rub her belly.

Exploring the neighborhood on walks is her favorite activity, although her short legs mean she gets twice as much exercise as you do! She’s not quite sure of other dogs though, so she must have a home where she can be your one and only. Sit and down are old news for this obedience school veteran and she’s currently working new commands like stay and roll-over.

Olive is seeking an adult only family with no other pets who are experienced dog owners and willing to continue her training. She will reward you with a life filled with laughter, smiles and love. Since Olive prefers to be an only dog, shelter life can be stressful for her, and she is currently enjoying life in a foster home.
