I learned on Saturday that Pom Pom’s trachea is slowly collapsing and there’s nothing we can so about it.

This news SUCKS, and Dustin and I got uber motivated to brush Pom’s few remaining teeth as to prevent future dentals that will require the placement of a tube down her throat during anesthesia.

This is just one of those risks that come with having a toy breed, and no amount of teeth brushing or harness wearing can deter much of this reality.
