When it comes to pup pop culture, Snoopy leads the pack. The American Kennel Club is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year and Charlie Brown’s feisty beagle has beaten out other cartoon dogs such as Scooby Doo and a real live college mascot — a collie named Reveille– that represents Texas A&M at sporting events.

Nearly 76,000 people voted for the list, which features 125 pooches.

A visibly distraught Scooby Doo could not be reached for comment.
