Dog of the Day: Lacey From Arizona Humane Society!

lacey A273594

Lacey is looking for a best friend who enjoys living life to the fullest. This fun-loving Australian Shepherd mix is very active, and she will need an ambitious pal to put her limitless energy to good use.

Being an exuberant dog at the age of one, her favorite pastimes are running, galloping, dashing, romping, and playing.

Lacey is an animated pup who loves to show off her goofy side and prance around in the grass with a rope toy swinging from her mouth. This boundless girl may be a little too spunky for small children, but she adores children who are at least 10-years-old and can play in the yard with her.

She may need some basic training, but shepherds are incredibly smart and with a little patience and plenty or encouragement, Lacey will learn new tricks quickly. She will need plenty of time to adjust to a home with other four-legged friends and a family introduction is recommended.

You can adopt Lacey NOW at the Arizona Humane Society’s Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion, 1521 West Dobbins Road in Phoenix. Her adoption fee is just $35 because she is a member of our Lonely Hearts club. This fee includes her spay surgery, vaccinations, a colorful collar and leash, an AHS I.D. tag, and a free follow-up veterinary examination. For more information about Lacey, please call (602) 997-7586 Ext. 1045 and ask for animal ID number A273594 or log on to www.azhumane.org.

Please note: This pet might have been adopted by the time you visit the shelter; however, the AHS has dozens more wonderful pets that also need loving homes. Please take a moment to meet some of the other dogs, cats and other companion animals at the shelter! To see all our adoptable animals right now, www.azhumane.org/findapet.
