Earlier this week, a 3-year-old boy wandered away from his house and became lost in a nearby wooded area–luckily, his family’s two little puppies wandered off with him.

The two puppies helped keep the boy warm overnight in freezing temperatures until he was found by rescuers.

When a search team first spotted the boy, who had been missing for 21 hours, they saw the two puppies neslted up against him.

The boy told his mom that he slept in the woods and the puppies kept him warm.
