A flight attendant is suing Jennifer Lopez for $5 million after a dog owned by the actress/singer bit the attendant on the leg of her pants.

The alleged incident, which took place in July 2006 during a flight on a private airline, caused the attendant to fall and injure her back after trying to get away from the dog. The woman says she had to have back surgery and can no longer work because of the injury.

Lopez’s German Shepard dog was described as a well-behaved guard dog at the time of the flight.
