Review: Chicken Jerky Links Drive Dogs Into Frenzy

When it comes to dogs and treats, it’s usually obvious right off-the-bat if a dog is going to love or hate what you’re giving them. Good treats: As soon as the bag is opened, the smell of that little morsel of goodness drives them wild with salivating, chops-licking anticipation. Bad treat: Sniff, scoff, and walk away.Waggin’ Train Chicken Jerky Links definitely fell into the “Good treat” category. Pom Pom and Casper snatched up the treats and disappeared immediately.

Pom, Casper and I do wish there were more treats in the bag–I only gave them one treat per day, and they were all gone within just a few days.

Also, I’m a little confused as to why the product was called “Jerky,” since the treats were hard, and not chewy. Smaller dogs should definitely have their treats broken in half to avoid and possible choking issues.

Pros: Made with all-natural ingredients. It’s another treat your dogs will go crazy for these things.

Cons: May be too big or too hard for some dogs. Small amount of treats per bag.
