Mariah Carey’s veterinarian is singing the blues. The vet says Carey hasn’t paid nearly $30,000 in bills for three of her pooches.

To date, she’s only paid about $8,000 of a nearly $38,000 bill.

The veterinarian claims she has provided “extraordinary services” for the Jack Russell terriers – Cha-Cha, Dolomite and JJ.

Carey has not commented thus far.
