Dog of The Day: Bianca From Arizona Humane Society!

Bianca was always loyal to her family but when our EAMTs (Emergency Animal Medical Technicians) discovered this 3-year-old in her back yard without food or water they knew she had been abandoned by those she loved most.

Her sweet and loving demeanor will steal any dog lover’s heart because to put it simply- Bianca’s heart is bigger than the world itself. The sloppy kisses that she shares so generously, her rapid tail wag and her unforgettable ear to ear doggie smiles are proof that she is a gentle dog who wants nothing more than unconditional love.

Not only is this American Pit bull terrier looking for someone to shower her with attention, but she’s also looking for a family who can keep up with the way she rumbles. Bianca is an animated dog who lives for adventure and enjoys diving into every fun family endeavor including barbeques, birthday parties, movie nights and family camping trips. Bianca may need some additional training, and a patient and encouraging coach is needed to help her become a well-rounded canine.

When Bianca meets kids she never hesitates to cover their cheeks with kisses, but a family meet and greet is required before she goes home.

She is available NOW at the Arizona Humane Society’s Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion located at 1521 West Dobbins Road in Phoenix. Her adoption fee is just $35 since she is a member of our exclusive Lonely Hearts club and has been waiting for over a month for someone to adopt her. This fee includes her spay surgery, vaccines, a colorful collar and leash, an AHS I.D. tag and a follow-up veterinary exam. For more information about this pet, please call (602) 997-7586 ext. 1045 and ask for animal ID number A302161 or log on to www.azhumane.org.

Please note: This pet might have been adopted by the time you visit the shelter; however, the AHS has many more wonderful pets that also need loving homes. Please take a moment to meet some of the other homeless dogs, cats and other companion animals at the shelter! To see all our adoptable animals right now, www.azhumane.org/findapet
