Dog of The Day: Clyde From San Diego Humane Society!

Why I’d make a great companion: Friendly and affectionate, I’m an easy dog to love! While I am beyond my puppy years and well housetrained, I have a youthful spirit. While I enjoy playing, I’m also content to relax however by the side of a companion or indoors on a rainy day. I’m content just to feel loved!

Type of home I’m looking for: I will do well in a variety of homes, but it is recommended that I go to a home without cats and with children 8 years and older.

Other things you should know about me: My adoption fee is $50 and includes my neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, and more! During the adoption process a Humane Society Veterinarian will be present to explain my medical history, answer any questions, and share how to best care for me in the future.
In addition, I may be a perfect match for an older pet parent who wants to take part in the San Diego Humane Society’s Seniors for Seniors Program.

ADOPTION INFORMATION:
San Diego Humane Society and SPCA pets are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped (some small animals, reptiles and birds excepted) prior to adoption. Please note that in order to make the best match possible, potential adopters must come to the Society in person to meet with an adoption counselor and complete the adoption process. All members of the household (including other pets, if possible) should be present to ensure the chosen pet is compatible with everyone. We do not place holds or do adoptions over the phone and we do not ship pets. For more information on the adoption process or to fill out an adoption questionnaire visit www.sdhumane.org.
