Dog of The Day: Zena From Arizona Humane Society!

ZenaThe Arizona Humane Society looks all too familiar to Zena who was adopted once before as a young puppy. Although her previous family adored her, they suddenly lost their home, and they were forced to live on the streets. Knowing that Zena wouldn’t be safe by the roadside, the regrettably had to surrender to back to the shelter.

Now this 4-Year-Old fluff ball is hopping to fall in love once again and become part of a family. With the animated Labrador personality she is known to be a character, and she can be a real goof ball at times. Her mellow Chow traits are revealed when it comes to relaxing on various doggie beds scattered throughout the house.

A perfect day for Zena would start with a long stroll through the park, followed by being brushed and receiving a belly rub and then would end with a game of fetch in the yard. She is partially housetrained and she has already mastered the basic commands, proving that she is a quick learner.

A family introduction is required to ensure a perfect match.

She is available for adoption NOW at the Sunnyslope facility located at 9226 N. 13th Ave in Phoenix. Her adoption fee is $110. This fee includes her spay surgery, vaccinations, a follow-up veterinary exam, a colorful collar and leash and an AHS I.D. tag. For more information about Zena call 602-997-7585 ext. 2045 and ask for animal I.D. number A150067.
