Dog of the Day: Sam From San Diego Humane Society!

sam--sdWhy I’d make a great companion: I’m a friendly and loving young dog looking for a wonderful and caring family to adopt me.

My favorite activities include: Like many young dogs, I am very playful. I’m energetic and love spending quality time with my family. I’m always thrilled to take walks and get lots exercise. I am social and enjoy interacting with other dogs as well.

Type of home I’m looking for: Since I’m still learning to share my toys and treats, I will do best in a home with children eight years and older.

Other things you should know about me: To get me started off on the right paw with my new family, the Humane Society’s five week Puppy Fun class is included in my $169 adoption fee. My adoption fee also includes my neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, and more! Please visit me at the San Diego Humane Society and SPCA soon.

ADOPTION INFORMATION:
San Diego Humane Society and SPCA pets are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped (some small animals, reptiles and birds excepted) prior to adoption. Please note that in order to make the best match possible, potential adopters must come to the Society in person to meet with an adoption counselor and complete the adoption process. All members of the household (including other pets, if possible) should be present to ensure the chosen pet is compatible with everyone. We do not place holds or do adoptions over the phone and we do not ship pets. For more information on the adoption process or to fill out an adoption questionnaire visit www.sdhumane.org.
