Dog of the Day: Emmy from Arizona Humane Society!
Emmy is an exuberant two-year-old yellow Labrador with a bouncy and spunky personality. She is seeking out a human companion who is always ready for a thrill and wants a dedicated four-legged friend to tag along through life’s adventures.
Emmy is the “go-getter†type of dog that is always excited to take the long way home on a walk, make a slash in the swimming pool, climb to the top of rugged mountains and play ball for hours on end. Emmy is never afraid to voice her opinion, especially when it is time to go for a walk, and she will eagerly grab her leash and announce to everyone that it is time to explore the neighborhood.
When Emmy is finally tuckered out, she will quietly lie down by her human companion’s feet while they watch television in the evenings.
Emmy must not have any other four-legged roommates in her new home, but she does great with children making her an excellent family dog.
You can adopt Emmy NOW at the Arizona Humane Society’s Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion, 1521 West Dobbins Road in Phoenix. Her adoption fee is only $110. This fee includes her spay surgery, vaccinations, colorful collar and leash, AHS I.D. tag, and a free follow-up veterinary examination.
