Last summer, Casper got a nasty hot spot on the back of his leg that left him (and us) pretty miserable…poor guy was itching and biting it all the time! When it finally healed, Casper’s hair never grew back, leaving him with a bald spot on his leg. Thankfully, his long Eskimo hair covers it well and he can get away with a combover.

Well, the summer weather and allergy season has made Casper’s skin turn pink and the hot spot return. Even with treatment, the spot keeps spreading and it’s getting really hard to cover with hair. So I guess we’ll have to make a trip to the vet…or else we’ll have to invest in a doggie hairpiece!
