Review: DentaTreat Keeps Dog Teeth Pearly White

So we’re only a couple of weeks into our little DentaTreat experiment with Pom Pom and Casper (actually, we’ve been using it with our cats, too)–I was going to wait to write this review until a full month of using this stuff had passed, but we’re seeing results on their teeth so quickly, there was no point in waiting! For the last two weeks, I’ve been putting DentaTreat on Pom Pom and Casper’s food. It’s just white, powdery stuff that sprinkles right on top of their dinner. They love the taste of the stuff, which is a great way of ensuring that they are actually ingesting it and not wasting the ten bucks I spent on it.

I became a true believer in this product the second I checked out Pom’s teeth this weekend–it was the first time I’d looked at her teeth since the DentaTreat Challenge started.

Usually, there’s a little layer of gunk on most of her teeth that Cindy and I struggle to remove with a doggie toothbrush.

Today, there was no gunk. In fact, the only time I’ve only seen her teeth so white is after she gets a cleaning at the vet.

The bottom line: DentaTreat really seems to work (and fast) to help clean your pet’s teeth. I’m guessing that using this stuff, along with regular doggie brushing sessions, will keep dental sessions at the vet cheaper and much less painful for your pooch.
