Fire Breaks Out at Sacramento SPCA

An electrical problem is suspected of causing a small fire at the Sacramento SPCA early yesterday morning.

The fire was extinguished by firefighters in less than an hour. The animals at the SPCA were wet from the sprinkler system that automatically went off after the fire started, but none were injured.

According to the Sacramento SPCA Web site, the fire started in the small dog/puppy room.
