After moving for the fourth time in just a little over a year, I’ve come to one conclusion: Dogs, unlike people, never get used to moving.Cindy and I have moved so many times, it’s numbingly routine: Pack, lift, load, unload, repeat.

The poor dogs look so confused. They just sit there and watch all the things in the apartment disappear. Instead of comfy couches and pet beds, they cling to the few dirty blankets and clothes still hanging around on the floor.

However, we have a nice surprise in store for the pooches this time: A nice, big backyard. No more walks down hallways and in elevators! Woohoo!
