Oh, yeah, customer come into LexiDog all the time to try shoes on their dogs' feet, and some take to it quickly and others just refuse to walk! It's funny. Casper won't even walk in clothes…no doubt he would freak out in shoes. Maybe Pom Pom can try some on…

I think Brody accepts it. He and I both know he gets well rewarded with toys and treats. What's a day or two in Jackets, sweaters when you get that?

I can't imagine Casper walking in shoes either…he'd just stand there frozen like he does when we try to put clothes on him…we're sick, twisted horrible human beings for trying to mess with nature!!

Hmmm…a dilemma indeed…I don't know much about shaving down pads, but it doesn't sound fun. Plus, aren't a dog's feet pads supposed to keep their feet protected from the ground? I say, the solution is doggie shoes! It's perfect in the rainy/snowy weather!!!

A delimma: Do you shave the pads of your dogs feet so they can have traction, but cold toes or do you let the hair grow and watch them slide into things on slick surfaces?
