Adoptable Dog of The Day: Roy Rogers From Greenhill Humane Society!

royrogers-ghsDo you like other dogs? Ohboyohboyohboy! I love other dogs, but I am like a goofy, kind of rude little brother. I need some help learning to meet other dogs appropriately because it is SO EXCITING! What do you think about cats? My history with cats is unknown.

A very savvy owner could introduce me to a (sturdy!) cat slowly. So how do you do with kids? 10+. I am VERY energetic! I just haven’t realized how big I am yet and I tend to throw my weight around like it’s no big deal. The age restriction could be lowered for sturdy, rough and tumbly type kids. How do you feel about walking on a leash? What’s a leash? How would you describe your energy level? On a scale of 1 to 10, its 11.

What are some of your favorite hobbies? Learning not to be so impulsive…squirrel! I love to play, I am energetic and adolescent dog and the world is my oyster. How much do you weigh? About 50 pounds. How old are you? About 6 months. What qualities are you looking for in a human? I am looking for companions that want a young, zealous, outgoing and charismatic partner to share their days with. I would make an outstanding partner for someone that wants a sweet young dog to train! My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, and more!

ADOPTION INFORMATION: Please note that in order to make the best match possible, potential adopters must come to Greenhill in person to meet with an animal, as well as kennel staff, to complete the adoption process. All members of the household (including other dogs) should be present to ensure the chosen dog is compatible with everyone.
