This ‘BarkBox’ Thing Looks Kind of Awesome…We’ll Try It Out For You!

My sister just sent me a link to a site called BarkBox.com. Love the concept: For a flat monthly rate, you get a mystery box full of dog stuff sent to your house. According to the site, the box will include things like bones, bully sticks, toys, treats, gadgets, shampoos, hygiene products, food samples. There will be 4-8 goodies per box. The boxes are customized according to your dog’s size, too, so there won’t be any Labrador-size toys for your Pomeranian.

If you sign up for a six-month subscription to the BarkBox, it’ll be $17 a month. If you want to give it a shot for a month, it’ll be $25. Something else that we AvenueK9 folk like: 10% of each BarkBox is donated to a local shelter or rescue.
