Cesar Milan Tries His Hand At Whispering In U.K.

Man, I remember watching Dog Whisperer back in 2004–whether you agree or disagree with his behavior methods, one thing that must be acknowledge is that Cesar Milan’s show helped bring to light the importance of the HUMAN’S role in shaping a well-behaved dog.
This will be the ninth and final season of Dog Whisperer, with four of the 12 episodes taking place in London. It’ll be interesting to see what Cesar’s “TSST” noise sounds like with a British accent.
