President Bush’s Dog Bites Two People

Barney the terrier is having a rough couple of weeks as his final term as First Dog of the White House comes to an end.

The public relations director of the Boston Celtics and a television reporter have both felt the wrath of President Bush’s feisty pooch when they were bitten by the dog.

Both bite victims had bent down to pet Barney when the bites took place.

Here’s a little tip to the members of the media: Don’t pet a dog that you don’t know! No matter how small and cute the dog is, they’re freaked out because you’re big and tall and you smell weird.

Barney has probably seen hundreds of people every day for the last eight years. I’m sure by this point he’s a little sick of all the random people bending down to touch him.
