Just got back from an adoption fair being held at Cindy’s work by Greenhill Humane Society–our awesome local animal shelter. I spent about 20 minutes hanging out with this little pug mix named Mugsy. After bribing him with treats, he instantly became my buddy.
I was ready to take the little man home, but he’d already been adopted. As a serial animal adopter, it’s really hard to not want to take just about every homeless animal you see. Cindy and I have been thinking about fostering animals–we’re definitely maxed out at four as far as ownership goes, but fostering would be a great way to help out for now, you know, until I’m ready to buy 1,000 acres of land and build a giant animal sanctuary.
